Solar blankets use the energy of the sun to heat your swimming pool and lock in the heat at night. |
| If left on the swimming pool, when it is not in use, during the day, the blanket allows the sun's rays to pass through the bubbles to heat the pool water during the day. At night, the bubbles act as an insulator minimizing heat loss. |

Solar Reels

Removal and installation of a solar blanket is alot easier if it is attached to a reel. Solar reels are long tubes that sits at the end of your pool. The solar blanket gets attached to the tube with nylon straps. To remove the cover, you would simply turn or crank the tube end and roll the cover off the pool and onto the tube. Some models allow you to remove the reel from poolside when the blanket is not in use. |
